Locally grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Kale White Russian is a cold-hardy Siberian heirloom known for its tender, lacy green leaves with striking white veins. This variety thrives in cool, wet climates and develops even better flavor after a frost. Harvest baby leaves in just 21 days for fresh salads or allow them to mature for hearty, full-grown greens perfect for stir-fries and soups.
