Description

Paprika Yarrow (Achillea) is a fast-growing perennial that adds fiery color to summer gardens with its clusters of tomato-red blooms accented by creamy white centers. Its finely textured, fern-like gray-green foliage provides a soft backdrop that contrasts beautifully with its vivid flowers, making it a standout in borders, beds, and fresh-cut arrangements. Blooming from early to late summer, Paprika Yarrow is highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, while remaining deer-resistant and drought-tolerant—perfect for pollinator-friendly and low-water gardens.

Growing up to 24 inches tall and wide, this mounded perennial thrives in full sun and poor, well-drained soil, where it performs best without excessive fertilization. Its spreading nature makes it excellent for mass plantings, naturalized areas, or as a colorful filler in containers. Hardy and pollution-tolerant, Paprika Yarrow requires little care beyond spring cleanup and occasional watering during dry spells. With its long bloom season and resilience, this variety is an easy choice for vibrant, water-wise landscapes.

Each plant comes in a #2 (2 gallon) growers container. The image shown represents an example of what you may receive. Please note that the height, shape, and fullness of each plant may vary due to natural growth patterns. Rest assured, we will select the healthiest and most vibrant plant for you.

*This plant may not be in bloom at the time of purchase. Whether pre- or post-bloom, rest assured it’s healthy—just not at its showiest.
