Locally grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Georgia Collard Greens are tender, blue-green, and packed with nutrients. Their mild, cabbage-like flavor becomes even sweeter after a light frost, making them perfect for fall and winter harvests. This slow-to-bolt, non-heading variety grows 2-3 feet tall and is an excellent source of calcium.
