This grass seed mix includes tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, and Kentucky bluegrass for reliable performance and durability. The turf-type tall fescues feature a natural waxy coating on the leaves that helps lock in moisture and protect against disease. Black Beauty® Sunny germinates in about 7–14 days, helping you quickly establish a lush lawn that tolerates heat, drought, and sunny conditions.
