Description
Pilea Friendship is a compact houseplant prized for its highly textured, colorful foliage. Its bright green oval leaves feature deeply dimpled surfaces accented by striking copper, bronze, and dark veins. The dense, mounded growth gives this plant a full appearance while staying small enough for tabletops, shelves, and terrariums. Pilea Friendship is especially attractive when displayed where its unusual leaf texture can be appreciated up close.
This easy-care houseplant thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers a well-draining soil mix. Water when the top of the soil feels dry, with more frequent watering often needed during summer. Avoid direct sunlight and standing water. Pinching the stem tips helps encourage compact, bushier growth and maintains its attractive mounded shape.
