Description

Chrysanthemum Padre Orange brings warm autumn color with abundant double orange blooms highlighted by coppery-bronze tones. The flowers cover a dense, rounded mound of fragrant, fern-like dark green foliage. Blooming from late summer into early fall, this early-season mum is perfect for adding seasonal color to containers, garden beds, and borders. It is grown at our Woburn Growing Center and also produces beautiful flowers for cutting.

Chrysanthemum Padre Orange grows about 20 inches tall and wide and performs best in full sun with regular watering. Keep the soil evenly moist and provide shelter from strong winds to help extend the flowering period. Like most fall mums, it is best enjoyed as a seasonal accent rather than a dependable perennial. Its compact, mounded habit and low-maintenance nature make it an easy choice for colorful autumn displays.
