Description
Philodendron Squamiferum is a bold, tropical houseplant known for its glossy, multi-lobed green leaves with a wavy, rippled shape. Each leaf looks like a rolling ocean wave, adding texture and movement to your space. One of its most unique features is its fuzzy petioles, which slowly deepen to a rich red as the plant matures—earning it the nickname “hairy philodendron.”
Squamiferum Philodendron is adaptable and easy to grow, thriving in low to bright indirect light. It can be grown as a tabletop plant or trained as an epiphyte to climb for added visual impact. With proper care, its dramatic leaves can grow up to 18 inches long, making it a striking focal point in bright rooms or cozy corners.
