Description
Kudos™ Yellow Hyssop is a cheerful, easy-to-grow perennial that brightens the garden with vibrant yellow flower spikes from early summer through early fall. Airy clusters of tubular blooms with golden throats rise above aromatic, licorice-scented foliage, creating beautiful texture and long-lasting color in sunny borders, pollinator gardens, and containers. New growth emerges with attractive coppery-bronze tones before maturing to grayish-green, adding season-long interest even when the plant is not in bloom.
Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, Kudos™ Yellow Hyssop is drought tolerant once established and performs beautifully in low-water landscapes and xeriscapes. Its nectar-rich flowers are a favorite of butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds while remaining largely deer resistant. Fast growing and low maintenance, Kudos™ Yellow Hyssop is an excellent choice for mass plantings, herb gardens, naturalized landscapes, and container displays where its bright blooms and fragrant foliage can be enjoyed all season.
Each plant comes in a #1 (1 gallon) growers container. The image shown represents an example of what you may receive. Please note that the height, shape, and fullness of each plant may vary due to natural growth patterns. Rest assured, we will select the healthiest and most vibrant plant for you.
*This plant may not be in bloom at the time of purchase. Whether pre- or post-bloom, rest assured it’s healthy—just not at its showiest.
