Description
Bring a touch of nature's charm indoors with Lithops, also known as Living Stones or Pebble Plants. These tiny succulents come from southern Africa and look just like colorful pebbles. Their thick, patterned leaves grow close to the soil, creating a unique and eye-catching display. Mature plants may produce sweetly scented yellow or white flowers, adding even more beauty to these unusual houseplants.
Lithops thrive in bright light and well-draining cactus or succulent soil. These drought-tolerant plants need very little water and prefer low humidity. Water sparingly during active growth and avoid watering while old leaves dry out and new leaves emerge. Keep them away from extreme heat and excess moisture to prevent rot. Their compact size makes them perfect for sunny windowsills, small pots, and succulent collections.
