Description
Bring seasonal charm indoors with Gaultheria procumbens, commonly known as Wintergreen. This low-spreading evergreen shrub is prized for its glossy foliage that shifts to rich purples and reds in cooler weather, paired with clusters of round scarlet berries that shine through winter. Both the berries and leaves release a refreshing, minty fragrance when crushed, adding another layer of appeal to this festive favorite.
Perfect for fall/holiday planters or as a cheerful accent in your décor, Wintergreen thrives in a variety of light conditions and adapts well to both outdoor and indoor care. With its long-lasting beauty and aromatic presence, it’s an easy way to add color, texture, and seasonal spirit to your home.
