Description
Tulip 'Quebec' is a charming Greigii tulip that produces 3 to 5 scarlet blooms on each stem, with buttercup-yellow edges that create a bright spring display. Its purple-marked foliage adds extra color even before the flowers open. Tulip 'Quebec' grows 12 to 14 inches tall and blooms in mid-spring, making it a great choice for front borders, containers, and small garden spaces. This variety is a sport of Toronto and grows best in full sun and well-drained soil. Plant bulbs 6 to 8 inches deep and 4 to 6 inches apart in fall, and group several bulbs together for a fuller display.
