Additionally, its strong, upright stems grow 22 to 24 inches tall and support the large flowers beautifully. The rich yellow color also holds well throughout the bloom season, even during changing spring weather. Moreover, Tulip 'Novi Sun' blooms from mid-to-late spring and performs beautifully in mass plantings and commercial landscapes. It also makes a strong choice for high-visibility borders and other prominent garden spaces. For best results, plant bulbs 6 to 8 inches deep and 4 to 6 inches apart in fall. Finally, choose full sun and well-drained soil for the healthiest growth and brightest blooms.
