Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper is a fiery, flavorful favorite for Caribbean cuisine. Similar to the habanero but with an extra touch of sweetness, this intensely hot pepper adds bold heat to sauces, marinades, and jerk seasoning. With big yields all season long, the peppers can be harvested at different stages for varying levels of spice and flavor. Don't forget to get some good support!
