Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Self-Blanche Cauliflower is a cold-tolerant, open-pollinated variety known for its self-wrapping leaves that naturally protect the 7-inch heads from sun exposure, keeping them bright white. Unlike other varieties, it does not require tying, making it an easy-to-grow favorite for home gardeners.
