Locally grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Jade Cross Brussels Sprouts are an All-America Selections Winner known for their mild, cabbage-like flavor and excellent cold tolerance. This compact, disease-resistant variety produces larger, easy-to-harvest sprouts that grow to about 1.5 inches. Ideal for roasting, sautéing, or adding to hearty dishes, these sprouts bring rich flavor and nutrition to any meal.
