The 3-inch flower heads create a striking focal point, while the compact 14–16 inch height makes Allium 'Rosy Dream' a great fit for borders, rock gardens, containers, and group plantings. This hardy perennial is resistant to deer, rabbits, and squirrels and becomes drought tolerant once established. Its flowers attract bees and other helpful pollinators, then dry into attractive seed heads for longer garden interest. Plant bulbs 4 inches deep and 4 inches apart in well-drained soil. They grow best in full sun to partial shade, bloom from late spring into early summer, and are hardy in zones 4–8.
