With a Scoville rating of 1,000,000-2,000,000, this fiery pepper ripens from green to bright red, featuring a thin, wrinkled skin. Handle with extreme caution—wear gloves and even goggles when working with the plant, as its oils can cause severe burns. While blistering hot, it also carries a hint of smoky sweetness beneath the heat. Don't forget to get some good support!
