This rotunda bianca sfumata di rosa variety produces round, 4-5″ fruits that are mild, rich, and less bitter than standard eggplants. Best suited for warm weather, it’s excellent for frying, roasting, or grilling. Perfect for garden beds or containers—be sure to use plant supports for best results!
