'Oxheart,' also known as 'Cuore Di Bue' or “pear of Liguria,” is a unique heirloom variety celebrated for its rich, orangey-red, heart-shaped fruit. Weighing between 6–12 ounces, 'Oxheart' tomatoes have a dense texture with few seeds, making them ideal for creating robust, thick sauces or roasting to bring out their deep flavors. Whether sliced fresh atop a salad or paired with mozzarella and basil, this indeterminate variety offers an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Vines can reach 6' or more, providing an abundant harvest for the home gardener.
