Weighing between 6–12 ounces, 'Oxheart' tomatoes have a dense texture with few seeds, making them ideal for creating robust, thick sauces or roasting to bring out their deep flavors. Whether sliced fresh atop a salad or paired with mozzarella and basil, this indeterminate variety offers an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.
