Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Hungarian Hot Wax Pepper is a highly adaptable and productive hot pepper, even in cooler weather. This smooth, waxy fruit grows to 5.5” long and ripens from pale yellow to orange and finally red. Its mildly spicy heat makes it perfect for stuffing, roasting, and peeling, adding bold flavor to a variety of dishes. Don't forget to get some good support!
