Locally grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Shoya Long Eggplant is a Japanese hybrid prized for its extra-long, glossy black fruits with a purple calyx. This vigorous, upright plant produces an abundance of slender, 13.75 to 15.75-inch eggplants, perfect for stir-fries, grilling, and roasting. Well-suited for garden beds or containers, just be sure to use plant supports for optimal growth!
