Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike’s Fava Beans are one of the oldest cultivated crops, cherished for their rich, nutty flavor and versatility. Also known as broad beans, these large, bumpy green pods grow on bush-type plants that can reach up to 4 feet tall, making staking or trellising ideal. Enjoy them raw, cooked, or dried for later use.
