Can I use my employee discount or commercial account discount online?

At this time, Mahoney’s does not offer the use of the employee discount or commercial account discounts with online purchases. These discounts will only apply to in store orders.

Delivery Minimums & Pricing

Unsure if you need to hit a minimum for delivery and what that might cost?

At this time only our bulk mulch, compost and loam require a minimum yardage for delivery. Delivery prices are calculated based on your delivery zip code and the amount you purchase. for all minimums and delivery prices please go to Delivery Minimum Purchase Lookup

All other items do not require a minimum purchase and delivery pricing is based on your cart total and delivery zip code.

We currently do not deliver to the Cape Cod area through our online shop but are working to get that up and running.  In the meantime please place any orders directly with our 2 Cape stores:

Delivery/Pickup Date Change

If you need to change the delivery/pickup date for your order, you may do so up to 48 hours before your existing date.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery or pickup date.

Order Status

If you have a rewards account you can check the status of your order under My Account.  When you click on the Orders tab, all of your orders will populate and give you the current status of each as well as the ability to view the order details.

Product Inquiry

Don’t see a product available for purchase in our online shop?  Please reach out to your local Mahoney’s store to inquire about what is in stock or coming soon.

Returns/Refunds

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given on sale or holiday items.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment* and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

All returns must be made in store, bring products (live goods and hard goods) accompanied by the receipt/packing slip.

If you are planning to return a large item(s) and need them picked up, Mahoney’s reserves the right to charge a secondary delivery charge.

*Please note that, depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Mahoney’s reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise is used, opened or inferior in any way from it’s original condition.

Rewards Account Inquiry

If you are unsure if your email address is connected to your existing rewards account please follow these steps:

Go to the account login page

In the Login box, click on the Lost Your Password link

In the Lost Password page, fill in your email address and click Reset Password

 

If you receive an email from us with a link to reset your password, your account exists in our system so you can reset your password.

If you don’t receive an email with a link to reset your password, but know that you have a rewards account with us, please send an email to ecommerce@mahoneysgarden.com with the following information:

    1. Name on the account
    2. phone number and address connected to the account
    3. Email address you want connected to the account
