Description

Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Self-Blanche Cauliflower is an open pollinated variety that tolerates cold weather. 'Self-Blanche' has 7″ heads with excellent leaf protection. Does not need tying, especially in fall crops. Leaves curl upward and cover the head to keep sun from ruining the white color.

Plant in full sun 18″ (46 cm) apart in rows 36″ (91 cm) apart.
