Mahoney’s Garden Centers’ delivery and drop off services includes:

• Delivery of items on selected day (based on availability).
• Unloading items from the truck and placing in customer’s desired location (at driver’s discretion).
• Dropping bulk product in driveway, as close to desired or marked location as possible.
  • Note: 25-foot vertical clearance free from overhangs, tree branches, power lines, etc. is required.

Mahoney’s Garden Centers’ delivery and drop off services does NOT include:

• Delivery of items to a spot that may require traversing stairs, retaining walls, distances greater than 100 ft from driveway to desired drop-off location, or other obstacles. Delivery personnel will use discretion to determine whether items can be dropped in the desired spot.
• Bringing outdoor products through the interior of a home.
• Delivering items to or placing items on sidewalks, sidewalk strips, public streets, or property not owned by the customer.
• Delivering both bulk and plant items simultaneously, as they require different vehicles and would incur separate delivery fees.
• Installing or planting any plant product. Please inquire about our Planting Service if installation is desired.
• Hauling any items away from the property.
• Driving off pavement for delivery of plant or bulk material (i.e. driving on lawns to drop mulch in yard), even with customer permission.
• Stacking of wood. Wood will be dropped in driveway.
• Dropping bulk items (wood, mulch, loam compost) in more than one location (i.e. cannot divide loads to multiple spots).
• Removal of mulch after dropping if it is not desired color or type. Please confirm the type and color of mulch desired before ordering. Once bulk product is delivered it cannot be returned.

Bulk Delivery Maximums:

Bulk trucks can only deliver the maximum loads listed below. Larger loads of these products will require multiple trips and incur multiple delivery fees.

• Mulch: 10 yards
• Loam: 5 yards
• Compost: 7 yards

Note: Loam and Compost can be combined (mixing up to 5 yards total); mulch cannot be combined with any other bulk product.
