Description
Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Kale White Russian is great for cooler climates. A cold loving Siberian Heirloom. Lacy green leaves are accented with white veins down the center. Very tender and tasty after a frost. Thrives in wet, northern climates. Can use younger leaves in salads or stir fry. Grows 24-30″ tall.
Maturity: 21 days for baby kale, 50 days for full grown.
How to Grow:
Plant in full sun to part shade.
Space plants 24-36″ (61-91 cm) apart in rows set 24-36″ (61-91 cm) apart for optimal growth.
Water when dry.
