Description

Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's French Thyme, referred to as Summer Thyme, is hardy in zone 5. The narrow leaves of French Thyme are somewhat grayer and sweeter than English Thyme. No stew, soup or ragout is complete without the key herb in French cuisine. It compliments meat, seafood, vegetables and sauces. It will retain its flavor and scent during the cooking process. French Thyme grows 8-12″ tall.
