Description

Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Spinach Bloomsdale is a cold-tolerant vegetable that has lance-shaped deep green leaves with Heavily Savoyed (Crinkled) Leaf Texture. Excellent to eat steamed or add to your salad. Can be harvested early as baby leaves or later as a bunch harvest.

Maturity: 45-50 days.

How to Grow:
Plant in full sun.
Space 6″ (15 cm) apart in rows 15-18″ (38-46 cm) apart.
