Description

Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Spinach Avon is a cold-tolerant vegetable that has lance-shaped deep green leaves with Semi-Savoy (Crinkled) Leaf Texture. Excellent to eat steamed or add to your salad. Can be harvested early as baby leaves or later as a bunch harvest.

Maturity: 30-70 days.

Plant in full sun.
Space 12″ (31 cm) apart in rows 12-18″ (31-46 cm) apart.
