Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Trinidad Scorpion Pepper is ceritified by the Guiness Book of World Records as one of the Hottest peppers in the world. Do not take this pepper lightly. The fruits scorpion-like stinger gives fair warning. It is loved for it's sweet flavor that's quickly taken over by a fiery burn. Please use extreme caution and gloves with handling the plants and fruits. Best used to flavor hot sauces, chili jams, and Caribbean dishes.
