Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Mad Hatter Pepper is whimsical green and red resembling hats bring fun to the vegetable patch. 2017 All American Selection winner. The plant’s vigor, earliness, high yields, large size and awesome taste all contribute to its high score among AAS judges. Fruits avg. 2 1/4” and are borne on big, bushy plants. Spicy not hot. Moderately sweet flesh with floral and citrus notes and a touch of heat near the seed cavity. The outer parts remain sweet. Don't forget to get some good support!
