Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given on sale or holiday items.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment* and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
All returns must be made in store, bring products (live goods and hard goods) accompanied by the receipt/packing slip.
If you are planning to return a large item(s) and need them picked up, Mahoney’s reserves the right to charge a secondary delivery charge.
*Please note that, depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Mahoney’s reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise is used, opened or inferior in any way from it’s original condition.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery or pickup date.
