Description
Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Shishito Pepper is a small, savory green pepper that originated in Japan. Shishito's average about 1 dozen 3-4″ peppers per plant. And roughly 1 pepper in every 10-20, will offer a surprise burst of heat. The slender, thin walled pepper can turn green to red but is usually harvested when green. Great for skewering, broiling, grilling, frying or eating raw.
