Description
Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Poblano Pepper is one of the mildest chile peppers. Best grown in warm weather. Known as Ancho Chile when dried. The fruit is black-green when immature and turns dark red with age. After drying, poblanos may be dark red (ancho chile). The thick-skinned peppers range between 3-5″ long and 2-3″ wide.
