Description

Introducing the exotic Monstera Esqueleto (Skeleton), a large tropical aroid known for its stunning fenestrated leaves. This rare and bold houseplant, with leaves reaching nearly 3 feet long at maturity, is a dramatic addition to any indoor space. Resembling a giant Monstera adansonii, Esqueleto's leaves feature intricate small holes near the center and large, striking holes closer to the edges. Despite some mystery around its exact origin, with the International Aroid Society suggesting it’s an unidentified species, this plant is often referred to as Monstera epipremnoides.

Monstera Esqueleto thrives in warm, humid conditions and is perfect for adding a tropical or jungle look to your home. This climbing vine can grow to over 6 feet, making it an impressive floor plant. Pair it with Baltic Blue Pothos (Epipremnum pinnatum Baltic Blue) for a stunning mix of textures and colors. Like its relatives in the arum family, such as Philodendron and Pothos, Esqueleto prefers bright, indirect light and regular watering when the top inch of soil dries out. Please note that Monstera Esqueleto may have some natural toxicity, so it's important to keep it out of reach of pets and children. Bring a piece of the jungle into your home with this super trendy and magnificent plant.
