Description

Marsh Marigold is a moisture-loving perennial that thrives in Massachusetts gardens, particularly in moist, shaded areas. Featuring dark green, heart-shaped foliage and bright yellow buttercup-like flowers, it adds a cheerful splash of color to your landscape. Its low-maintenance nature makes it a great choice for beds, borders, and woodland gardens. With its spreading growth habit, this plant is perfect for naturalizing areas or filling in bog gardens. Native to North America.

This perennial grows to a height of 8 inches, with flowers reaching up to 16 inches tall. It spreads to about 12 inches wide, creating a dense mat of color. Marsh Marigold prefers full sun to partial shade and requires moist soil, making it an ideal addition to areas with standing water or boggy conditions. Plant it alongside late-season bloomers to cover its summer dormancy. Best of all, it's not typically favored by deer, making it a great choice for gardens in Massachusetts.

Each plant comes in a 1 quart growers container. The image shown represents an example of what you may receive. Please note that the height, shape, and fullness of each plant may vary due to natural growth patterns. Rest assured, we will select the healthiest and most vibrant plant for you.
