Grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Romaine Lettuce is one of the most popular of lettuces in both the garden and kitchen. Tolerates cold weather. Gardener’s love it because it is fast growing, and forms an easy-to-harvest loose head. It takes up little space in the garden, too. Sweet and delicious, ‘Romaine lettuce’ is the basic ingredient for a delicious Caesar Salad. Great for containers or window boxes.

Plant in full sun to part shade.
Water when dry.
