Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Thai Petch Eggplant is great for Asain dishes! The fruit can be white, green or purple. They have a deliciously sweet and slightly bitter meaty flesh, tender skin, and may be seedless, which makes them highly sought after. Thai Petch is one of several eggplants popular in Thailand where they are an essential ingredient in curries including the well known green and red curries. Don't forget to get some good support!
