Biokovo Cranesbill, also known as Biokovo Geranium, is a must-have perennial for Massachusetts gardens. With masses of pink-centered white flowers blooming from late spring to mid-summer, it adds a soft, romantic charm to any landscape. The fragrant, low-spreading mat of foliage offers year-round interest, turning a lovely red in the fall.
Originally from the Biokovo Mountains of Europe, this perennial is a natural hybrid of Geranium dalmaticum and Geranium macrorrhizum. Biokovo Cranesbill was named the 2015 PPA Plant of the Year for its reliability and beauty. Its aromatic foliage and showy flowers make it a standout in borders, rock gardens, and woodland edges across Massachusetts.
