Locally grown in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's Ruby Perfection Cabbage is a midseason red cabbage with dense, uniform heads and a high-round shape. Its good wrapper leaves provide excellent protection, and it has strong field-holding ability, making it ideal for late summer or fall harvests. This variety is thrip-resistant and offers medium-term storage for extended use. Average weight: 3.5 lbs.
