Description
Blueberry – Jersey Highbush (Vaccinium corymbosum 'Jersey') is a vigorous, fast-growing deciduous shrub producing long clusters of light blue, sweet berries in late summer. This classic variety is favored for its reliable yields and open, spreading habit that makes berry picking easy and enjoyable. Its small-to-medium berries are perfect for snacking, baking, and preserving.
Hardy in zones 3–8, the Jersey Highbush Blueberry thrives in full sun and highly acidic, well-drained soil. With a mature height and spread of 7 feet, it also makes an attractive landscape shrub with oval form and fiery fall color. For best fruit production, plant alongside another blueberry variety to encourage cross-pollination.
Each plant comes in a #3 (3 gallon) growers container. The image shown represents an example of what you may receive. Please note that the height, shape, and fullness of each plant may vary due to natural growth patterns. Rest assured, we will select the healthiest and most vibrant plant for you.
