Grown locally in our Woburn Greenhouses, Uncle Mike's East Indian Lemongrass is chocked full of beta-carotene, a potent natural antioxidant. Hardy in zones 9-11. The lemongrass plant is a culinary herb native of West India, and is widely used in Asian, Caribbean and Mexican cuisine. Tastes great in teas or makes a good seasoning for stir fries and fish.
