To prepare, score the top of an 8 oz (225 g) round of Brie or Camembert, place it in the skillet, add the sweet and savory topping, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot from the skillet for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for any occasion.

Recipe:
– Apple & Salted Caramel Brie Toppings (included)
– 20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
– 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie/Camembert
– 1 french baguette, sliced thinly
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top rind with a knife OR remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom intact. Place cheese cut side up in a brie baker or skillet. Put content of pouch of toppings in a small microwave safe bowl, add the liquid and microwave for 45-60 seconds. Spread the prepared topping over the top of the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with baguette slices.
