There is paint loss due to age. No chips or cracks. On the top white rim there is a spot that almost looks like someone touched the glass when it was still hot when it was made. 5 of the 7 prisms have little chipping on pointed end and one has some "spiraling" near top so it must have gotten hit at one point. See all photos. Nice decorative piece none the less!
