Green rust on mainly one side so could use some polishing & mirror is slightly scuffed up
It is supposed to open to reveal the powder I believe but it appears to be slightly stuck with the little force I gave it
I believe there is powder still in there as you can see it creeping out and that is why it is slightly stuck
I will leave it up to you if you open the second latch
