The String of Hearts Silver Glory, Ceropegia woodii, is a trailing vine plant with heart-shaped, silver colored variegated leaves. This South-African native plant is part of the Apocynaceae family, and its other common names are sweetheart vine, rosary vine, chain of hearts, and collar of hearts.
