Description

The 4″ Calathea Ornata is a beautiful and unique prayer plant. Its foliage folds as night falls and the leaves are adorned with thin pink stripes on a dark emerald green background, with the underside being a deep burgundy color. This ornamental houseplant is non-toxic to pets and children. It requires low to medium light, temperatures of 60-85 degrees F, and high humidity. It will reach heights of 24-36 inches and can make a great addition to any home or office. Also known as the pinstripe plant, the Calathea Ornata can be a difficult plant if the perfect living conditions aren't met.

Water: prefers moist soil but not soggy. allow top 1 inch of soil to dry before next watering. water less in the winter months.
