It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility to add 42% less sugar (than leading competitor's pectin) with successful gel. This new bulk bottle is for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 boxes of pectin. Scalable recipe makes from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package.
